Fighting and blogging for government sunshine -- again

I'm back before the Benicia (Calif.) City Council tonight, where a sunshine law proposal again is on the agenda. I'll be speaking in favor of the law, which would expand on existing state open government laws. I'm also keeping local citizens updated on the discussion at BeniciaNews.com.

UPDATE: The council voted 4-1 to enact the new sunshine law. Good news for citizens, journalists and citizen journalists.
